1. General provisions

BookyBook provides an online marketplace for booking services with participating businesses. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Creating and managing reservations

You create a reservation by selecting a service, date, time, and staff. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for arriving on time.

2.1. Reservation confirmation

When you complete a booking, you enter into an agreement with the service provider. The following applies:

• The provider’s business rules and pricing displayed on the booking page apply to your visit.

• Cancellation and no-show policies shown at the time of booking are binding.

• BookyBook facilitates the booking but does not guarantee the performance of the service—that is provided by the business.
